ANSWER Use the book to show the teacher what you haven't learnt in the relevant syllabus (not syllabuses beyond your level). If exam time has come and you haven't yet been taught a certain topic (or some), contact the Provincial Samma Association Office of your area. You might also consider transferring to another WSF Club. Online Learning via the official WSF Portal worldsamma.org is also an option. For indoor games, performing arts and related activities to thrive, social halls are essential. From the sports angle, I am mainly a product of Social Halls in Mombasa and Nairobi. Social Halls should be there, even in a small town. Even if not yet constructed, the land purposed for it should be set aside by the physical planning department and guarded from thieving eyes who would rather transfer it to private ownership. Having said that, today you are allowed to converse with local government representative of your area this way: I've seen Cheni 2 Pattern video on social networks, I want to practice it inside a social hall with my buddies, even during rainy days. It is NOT hard to find out and know whether the martial art Club you are thinking of joining is World Samma Federation registered. PROCEDURE 1. Go confidently to the venue and watch the training session. Are they mentioning Cheni or Kipigo from time to time? Are they wearing blue uniforms, especially the seniors? 2. Now consider talking to the Instructor this way: I'm ready to join. How many minutes shall it take for my World Samma Federation Student Dashboard and Profile to be ready? I'm ready to view and share it. 3. The reply shall tell. If you pay for nice stories or excuses, then there is nothing much that World Samma Federation can do other than show you this Post. 4. Once you register and your Profile is activated, we advise that you join the session immediately and demand to be taught at least Kipigo 1 or Samma Tamati Pattern. 5. Refuse to pay any more money for your first session. Introductory samma martial art sessions ought to be for free. 6. Martial arts and combat sports can appear difficult and intimidating, especially when a beginner (or an outsider) focuses mainly on performance of experts. When your parent took you to school, the pupils of upper classes looked very educated. Didn't they? For this to be realized in not-so-far future, we are humbly requesting for your support (and it doesn't have to be a financial one). Talking openly about samma martial art (while mentioning some contents of the samma martial art book) is not a bad habit. Moreover, sharing the samma-based files (booklets, videos, images, et cetera) and links with your online and offline buddies. It goes without saying that samma martial art is not usually taught in secrecy. Watch how we teach in open areas, also when the venue doors are open and seats inside set for spectators. That after wearing the gloves (before entering the samma pigano ring) you should first test their usefulness by holding the bakora (stick) with one hand and grabbing a collar with the other (hand)? That the first round is for bakora (stick) fight? That the second round is for unarmed striking (elbow, fist, knee and foot)? That the final (third) round is for grappling? That the first short break (between the first and second round) is for taking the two sticks out of the ring? For citizens of 🇰🇪 only, Hello? When would you propose that we go to the head office of the ministry of sports to greet the workers there and (most importantly) to find out whether: 1. World Samma Federation is recorded as the international organization that governs a recognized sport, namely; samma martial art. 2. A drafted certificate of World Samma Federation (with list of all National Samma Associations) exists and it is us (current leadership) who have delayed in checking in (with necessary paperwork) and having it printed out for us. We hope that no instructions from above (from Ruto through Mvurya, the two fellas that we as taxpayers pay very well) to complicate the certification process of World Samma Federation. What is acceptable is the workers there telling us: "Welcome our bosses. You pay us well and our work is not that hard. Most of the time we are not even that busy. What made you take this long to come pick the certificate? Imagine the size of support that your thrilling tournaments have missed from this side."

Having shedded some light on the Samma Martial Art Associations (national and provincial) recently, we suppose that it is not a bad time now to talk about the samma martial art clubs. A samma martial art club can be defined as the smallest possible sport organization that deals in samma martial art activities (mainly training). In simplest formation, it consists of a trainer (sometimes referred to as coach, instructor or teacher) and students (trainees or learners). For a samma martial art club to be recognized by World Samma Federation, the trainer has to be duly registered (posses a WSF Student Profile on official worldsamma.org website) and at least have basic teaching skills (in respect to cheni 6 curriculum). We shall tell you more soon, especially about the club registration and certification.

WORLD SAMMA CHAMPIONSHIP SELF-DEFENCE DEMO DIVISION 1. The hosting Instructor in conjunction with other Instructors and Officials choose between 3 and 5 self-defence techniques from the Cheni 6 list (from Revenging Cat to Sime 6). The selected techniques must be 'formulas' for solving differing troubles (attacks). 2. They set the sequence of execution (how the techniques should follow each other during the demos). 3. They forward this information to all team leaders of the participating clubs. 5. Each team prepares for the demo accordingly. 6. During the presentation, full speed simulation is followed by a slow motion one. 7. A panel of judges award the points for each performance. 8. After presentations, full results are announced and the winners declared.

The cases of indiscipline (often with catastrophic consequences) in Kenya Secondary Schools appear to be on a rise.
